Subscription Terms

Our paid services are subscribed on a service period basis. The length of your first subscription term depends on your purchase selection. Note that your chosen offer term may change after the initial subscription term (provided in the offer or notified to you separately).

• Please note that the prices of our Services displayed initially may be exclusive of taxes. Due to the worldwide nature of our Services and the varying tax laws across different regions, the specific taxes applicable to your purchase cannot be identified beforehand. However, once you choose your tax residence country, we may include any applicable sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), provincial sales tax (PST), or any other mandatory tax relevant to your country of purchase, as declared by you during your initial payment. The precise amount of these taxes will be determined based on the prevailing rate at the time of deduction. 
• If the offer includes a discount off the total price clients typically pay for the initial subscription of the selected term, the discount is subject to changes at the end of the initial subscription term.
• By submitting your payment details, you (a) confirm your acceptance of the offer advertised; (b) accept and agree to the Terms provided hereby; and (c) acknowledge and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription and automatic renewal Terms

At the end of each service period, your subscription will be automatically renewed, and your chosen payment method will be charged the then-current price of the subscription fee unless you decide to cancel your automatic payments for the services before the new charge is made. If payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your subscription, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method.

2. Price Terms

Please note that all prices for Services, including recurring subscription fees, are subject to change. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to you in advance.

3. Cancellation and refund

If you wish to claim a refund, you can do so within 30 days following your purchase of our services for plans longer than 1 month. For monthly plans, there is a 14 day refund period. In the event of a transition period, starting from the new effective date of these terms, where a monthly subscription is purchased and our policy takes effect within 30 days of the purchase, the initial 30 day refund period will still apply.
